Invest in Kids is excited to reach more Colorado children starting THIS Monday, May 18!
We are happy to announce that Invest in Kids will be part of a five-week tevelevision series called “Colorado Classroom: Read With Me At Home!” Thanks to a partnership between the Office of the Governor of Colorado, Rocky Mountain PBS, Colorado Department of Education, Colorado Education Association, Gary Community Investments, and Bright By Text, Colorado Classroom will provide educational resources to all Colorado families – not just families with internet access.
Colorado Classroom will air five days a week from 8-10am on local PBS channels. Several Invest in Kids team members who are experts in delivering The Incredible Years® will provide original segments to share social/emotional lessons for young children. Each segment will be anywhere from 1-10 minutes in length, and address a specific feeling kids may be experiencing. There will also be a short message for caregivers watching.
This is an incredible opportunity to access young children (K-3rd grade) and their families across all Colorado communities.
Invest in Kids is honored to be a part of this great partnership to benefit Colorado kids. Tune in starting this Monday, May 18th, at 8:25am to watch our first segment!
